Diploma in Information Technology

Information Technology Project Management

Students will learn to appreciate the practicalities of project evaluation and management. Practical examples will enable students to understand and use techniques for the evaluation, planning and management of projects.

Students will examine the issues and problems encountered being a project manager while using computer software in project evaluation and management. The software used for this course will be Microsoft Project.
