When you attempt to login to eLearning with either an incorrect or expired password, you will receive the prompt: Invalid login, please try again.
CAVE HILL PASSWORD MANAGEMENT (CHPM)
You can reset your password on the Cave Hill Password Management (CHPM) website by going to https://reset.cavehill.uwi.edu and clicking the “Reset Password” button.
Q. Why do I get invalid login or password expired?
Q. I cannot remember my password and the default password does not work, what should I do?
(1) Go to https://reset.cavehill.uwi.edu. If you have previously registered for this service skip to step 4.
(2) Use your current login credentials or the temporary password given to you to complete the registration process if you have not done so previously.
(3) After completing the registration process you will be redirected to the login page.
(4) On the login page you will have three (3) password reset options:
Visit the IT Service Desk Booth with your Student ID card between the hours Monday – Friday 8:00 A. M. – 8:00 P.M. and Saturdays 9:00 A.M.– 5:00 P.M.
New password requirements:
Go to the OWA (Outlook Web Access) at https://mail.cavehill.uwi.edu and check the “ ” checkbox.
