CARICOM/Mexico Cooperation “Scholarships For Foreigners 2012” Undergraduate students are invited to apply for these scholarships to foreign nationals. Further information and application forms are available at www.sre.gob.mx/becas or http://becas.sre.gob.mx . Completed application forms must be submitted to the Mexican Embassy by the Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development or Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade.
