The Registration Fee includes Opening Reception, coffee breaks, admission to all sessions, and conference materials.

On-Site Registration
On-site registration is available on May 23, 2007 from 8.00-10.00 a.m. Registrants will be required to pay the late fee. The form of payment accepted is cash only.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be received by 18 May 2007 to qualify for a refund, less a US$25.00 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after 18 May 2007.
