BA Linguistics Programme
All final year Linguistics majors must register for a year-long research paper HUMN3099 (the equivalent of two courses and worth 6 credits). All proposed topics must be cleared with the Coordinator, Linguistics.
Alternatively, students may substitute the following combination of courses for HUMN3099:
LING3201/L32A Caribbean Dialectology and
LING3202/L32B Creole Linguistics.
Students who desire to pursue this alternative should check with the Course Directors in question as there are certain prerequisites in place as well as limits to the number of students allowed in each course.
