IMPORTANT NOTICE SEMESTER 2, 2012-2013

 

All students are reminded that if you have not yet collected your Examination Cards for Semester 2, 2012-2013 examinations that there will be a Late Penalty fee of BDS$10.00 when you collect same from the Examinations Section.

 

Please be advised that the fee must be paid to the Bursary’s Cashier and the receipt presented along with your UWI Student ID Card to be issued with your Examination Card. You will need both ID Card and Examination Card for entry to the examination room and will not be admitted without them.

 

MOST IMPORTANTLY, please note that Monday, April 29, 2013 and Wednesday, May 1, 2013 are PUBLIC HOLIDAYS and the Bursary’s Cashier will be closed. You should therefore ensure that you transact your money matters accordingly. The Examinations Section IS NOT AUTHORISED to receive or transact any money matters.

 

In addition, the Student Affairs Admissions/Registration office will be closed on these public holidays. You should therefore ensure that any registration issues which you may have are dealt with accordingly.

EXAMINATION CARDS SEMESTER 2, 2012-2013

ALL UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS IN GOOD FINANCIAL STANDING WRITING THE UNIVERSITY OF THE WEST INDIES SEMESTER 2, 2012-2013 EXAMINATIONS, ARE REQUESTED TO COLLECT EXAMINATION CARDS FROM APRIL 2 – 12, 2013 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9.00 A.M. AND 6.00 P.M. IN THE the LOBBY of the Roy Marshall Teaching Complex. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IN KEEPING WITH EXAMINATION REGULATION 85 (IV) any candidate who fails to collect his/her examination card by the stated deadline shall be liable to a penalty late fee of Bds$10.00.

 

EXAMINATION CARDS WILL ONLY BE DELIVERED ON PRESENTATION OF VALID STUDENT IDENTIFICATION CARDS.

 

STUDENTS ARE REMINDED THAT EXAMINATION CARDS AND IDENTIFICATION CARDS MUST BE PRESENTED AT ALL EXAMINATIONS.
