EXAMINATIONS TIMETABLE NOTICE:

Below is the final examinations timetable for semester 2, 2007-2008. All students are requested to check the timetable carefully and to report any clashes only, immediately to the examinations section.
Please be advised that the Foundation Courses are being examined separately on Monday, April 21 & Tuesday, April 22, 2008. You should therefore check BOTH Timetables for your examination dates.

EXAMINATION CARDS Semester II 2007-2008: Important Notice
Students who have neither completed payment of fees due, nor made arrangements with the bursary for payment, and who have therefore not received an examination card must complete their financial transactions no later than April 15, 2008 in order to receive an examination card.
Please note that examination cards will not be generated after April 16, 2008.
Please be reminded that students are required to present both a valid student identification card and examination card at each examination, and will not be allowed to write examinations without these.

EXAMINATION CARDS Semester II 2007-2008:
ALL STUDENTS IN GOOD FINANCIAL STANDING WRITING THE UNIVERSITY OF THE WEST INDIES SEMESTER II EXAMINATIONS 2007-2008 ARE REQUESTED TO COLLECT THEIR EXAMINATION CARDS FROM MARCH 25, 2008 to APRIL 4, 2008 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9.00 A.M. And 6.00 P.M. in the Teaching Complex.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IN KEEPING WITH EXAMINATION REGULATION 66 (IV) any candidate who fails to collect his/her examination card by the stated deadline shall be liable to a late fee of BDS$10.00.
EXAMINATION CARDS WILL ONLY BE DELIVERED ON PRESENTATION OF VALID IDENTIFICATION CARDS. STUDENTS ARE REMINDED THAT EXAMINATION CARDS AND IDENTIFICATION CARDS MUST BE PRESENTED AT ALL EXAMINATIONS. |

You should not be in attendance at classes for which you have not registered.
If you are attending a class for which you have not registered, you are not eligible to write the examination in that course. Registration includes payment of fees.
You may check your registration online at http://www.cavehill.uwi.edu/chol/ (links to the right) you should consult the senior accountant (bursary) about queries regarding your financial status.
