IT SERVICE DESK
The IT Service Desk is the single point of contact between users and the service team of Campus IT Services. It provides the functions of incident control, service request management and communication with staff and students.
The aim of the helpdesk is to provide quality customer service and timely response. Please use this facility to report service interruptions, hardware and software problems, challenges with Blackboard and computer accounts and for any general information queries. In addition, we welcome your suggestions and feedback on our services.
