When you are done, click GO TO THE ONLINE FORM.
You will be asked to set up an account. Since you are a first time user click on First time User Account Creation.
You will be prompted to create a login ID and a PIN (Personal Identification Number) . Make a note of your ID and PIN since you will need these to access your application information online after you logout of the system.
Follow the instructions and complete the application.
Note that you do not have to complete your application in one sitting. You can start the process and complete it any time before the deadline using your Login ID and PIN.
Having completed the application please review the information by clicking the Checklist Button. When you have completed the application click the button Application is Complete.
A summary will be displayed as well as a list of required documents to be submitted.
Note, you will not be able to make any changes to the information online. To make changes, you must contact the Student Affairs Admissions Office.
This can be done by posting the required documents to:

Applications can only be processed on receipt of the required documents.
Use the login ID and Pin you have created in STEP 2 above to track your application online.
NOTE:
If possible please submit a copy of the summary sheet you will see after submitting your application. You should submit only one application whether applying on-line or on paper.
