Paper Application Form

If you wish to complete a paper application form follow the STEPS below. A processing fee of BDS$30.00 or equivalent in local currency is payable for each paper application.

STEP 1: OBTAIN AN APPLICATION FORM

Download an Application Form and an Instruction Booklet.

OR

Visit the Admissions Office on any of the Campuses or the University's Representative in any of the non-campus countries, and collect an Application Form together with an Instruction booklet.

STEP 2: COMPLETE THE APPLICATION FORM

Complete the Application form and sign at the end.

STEP 3: SUBMIT THE APPLICATION FORM AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS .

Mail or send the completed application form and the supporting Documents to the following address:

STEP 4: PAY THE APPLICATION FEES

Pay the fees to the campus Bursar by cash, credit/debit card or certified Bankers cheque.

Note: You should submit only one application whether you are applying on-line or on paper.
