Office of Planning & Special Projects

Location
The Office of Planning and Projects is located in the CARICOM Research Park on the Cave Hill Campus.

Role

The Office is responsible to the Principal for overall campus planning, including the production and analysis of statistical information, and the conduct of efficiency studies relating to staff and student performance and space utilization; the design and implementation of major civil works projects, including the management and coordination of the professional consultants and contractors engaged in these works; and assisting in the general administration of the Campus.

As part of the central administration of the Campus, the office works closely with the Campus Registry and Bursary, Computer Centre and Maintenance units and maintains close collaborative arrangements with Faculties and Departments.

Staff
The Office currently has a staff of five which includes a Director, three Planning/Project Officers and one Project Assistant.

Office Hours
The office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30a.m – 4:30p.m.
