The Venue for the Ceremony is the Gymnasium, Garfield Sobers Sports Complex, Wildey,
St. Michael, Barbados.
Graduates attending the 10.00 A.M. Ceremony are required to assemble at the
Gymnasium at 8.15 A.M. SHARP to be briefed for the academic procession.
Graduates attending the 5.00 P.M. Ceremony are required to assemble at the Gymnasium
at 3.15 P.M. SHARP to be briefed for the academic procession.

& Education, Engineering; Pure & Applied Sciences/Science & Agriculture;
AND Medical Sciences.

Graduates please note that Graduation Rehearsal will be held on Friday October 21,
2011 at 5:30PM.
Graduates will report to the rooms indicated on the doors according to your Faculty
and name. You must remain in place once you have assembled and attendance has been
checked.
Graduates are required to stay in place for the entire ceremony.
Graduates are required to return to your seat after receiving your scroll and remain
there until the ceremony ends.

- Graduands can take up to 3 other persons with them on a booking (making a total
of 4 on any one booking)
- This promo code is only for graduands and their families who are attending the graduation
ceremonies.
- Commencement of travel will be limited to Thursday 20th October 2011 and all travel
must be completed by the Monday 24th October 2011.
- Graduands will be asked to provide proof of attending graduations through invite
or other documents provided by the University at the time of ticket purchase or
upon check-in.
Each graduate will be issued with TWO (2) invitations (tickets) for the Ceremony.
Each invitation admits only ONE (1) person. CHILDREN UNDER 10 YEARS WILL NOT BE
ADMITTED. Persons must produce their invitations (tickets) to gain entry to the
Gymnasium.
Invitations (tickets) will be distributed to graduates who will be attending the
Ceremony and can be collected from Monday October 17, 2011 to Thursday October 20,
2011 between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. and Friday, October 21, 2011 from
9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.(at the same time as collection of gowns/hoods/mortarboards).
Your Certificate is a very valuable document. The importance of collecting and keeping
it in a safe place cannot be too heavily emphasised. The current policy of the University
on the REPLACEMENT of Certificates, which are lost or damaged, states in
part that:
1. Replacement Certificates may be issued at a cost to be determined from time to
time by the Vice-Chancellor on behalf of Finance and General Purposes Committee;
2. The charge shall be sufficient to deter flippant requests;
3. The replacement documents shall be embossed with the words ‘Replacement Certificate’
and endorsed “the original of this document was issued on (date)”.

We welcome Pro Photo Studio – SHERATON MALL as the Official Photographers of the
2011 Cave Hill Campus Graduation. Except for the Press, no other photographers will
be entertained at the Graduation. Please be guided accordingly.
