The Venue for the Ceremony is the Gymnasium, Garfield Sobers Sports Complex, Wildey,
St. Michael, Barbados.
Graduates attending the 10.00 A.M. Ceremony are required to assemble at the Gymnasium
at 8.15 A.M. SHARP to be briefed for the academic procession.
Graduates attending the 5.00 P.M. Ceremony are required to assemble at the Gymnasium
at 3.15 P.M. SHARP to be briefed for the academic procession.

Postgraduate students to confirm their attendance at this year’s ceremony are

Friday October 14th, 2011 respectively.

Graduates please note that Graduation Rehearsal will be held on Friday October 21,
2011 at 5:30PM.
Graduates will report to the rooms indicated on the doors according to your Faculty
and name. You must remain in place once you have assembled and attendance has been
checked.
Graduates are required to stay in place for the entire ceremony.
Graduates are required to return to your seat after receiving your scroll and remain
there until the ceremony ends.
